Price Chopper launch a brand new Decadent Desserts under the Central Market Classics line, which was inspired and developed by its professional team of cake decorators, according to the company web site.
Described as “our world class bakery offer of sinfully delicious desserts,” Price Chopper said the team of seven women spent months developing and refining the recipes of cakes, small deserts including “cake in a cup,” specialty crullers, brownies presented like cupcakes with assorted rich toppings, tarts and pies as well as chocolate dipped fruits.
Unique specialty cakes include Cannoli Dream, Tiramisu, Black Forest, Belgium White Truffle, Lemon Berry Bliss , four-layer German Chocolate, Coconut Carrot, Tres Leches, For the Love of Peanut Butter, Raspberry Royale and 7th Heaven, a rich chocolate concoction.
The bakery items are available exclusively at Schenectady, N.Y.–based Price Chopper’s 115-plus stores. “We’re so proud of these desserts that we named them Central Market Classics, the highest mark of quality that Price Chopper offers,” the company said.
