Fresh & Easy Adds New Gourmet Meals

Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market is expanding its Gourmet line, introduced in February, with 12 new fresh products.
The line, which caters to customers seeking more affordable, restaurant-quality products they can serve at home, include four new Gourmet for Two meals for under $10. Other items include five fresh prepared meals retailing for under $7 and three fresh pizzas that will retail for under $8. The pizzas, which serve four, are 12-inches by 16-inches and are made with hand-stretched dough and topped with premium ingredients, the company said.
The new meals include Bourbon BBQ Beef, Hawaiian Pork, Prosciutto Chicken, Chicken Catalan and Vegetable Lasagna Bianca. Gourmet for Two items feature international and spicy flavors, including Thai Green Curry, Panang Beef, Tequila Mango Shrimp and Cajun Style Chicken. New pizza varieties include Prosciutto Pizza, Mediterranean Pizza and Rosemary Ham & Mushroom Pizza.
