Retail Futurist to Speak at Summit Pre-Conference Workshop

Doug Stephens, president of Retail Prophet Consulting and retail futurist, will speak at the Store Brands Decisions Innovation& Marketing Summit during a pre-conference workshop, presented by GROUP360 Worldwide.
In a session titled, “The Future of Retail: 2015 and Beyond,” Stephens will examine key trends shaping retail in the coming decade, looking at the seismic shifts in consumerism, technology, economics and demographics. Technology, in particular, is affecting the way consumers shop arming them with unprecedented amounts of information.

Prior to founding Retail Prophet Consulting, Stephens spent 20 years in retail holding senior international roles, including the leadership of one of New York City’s most iconic retail chains.
He is also founder of the Retail Prophet Network, an online community that brings thousands of retail students together with progressive industry professionals worldwide to share trends, innovations and opportunities. Stephens is also author of the soon-to-be released book, “Retail Revival: Thriving in a New Era of Consumerism."
